I very rarely give five stars. This was definitely earned. I can't say enough about this place. Great atmosphere, clean, friendly staff, they get your order right, reasonable prices, AND THE FOOD IS AMAZING! There is not one thing I've tried so far that I didn't enjoy. Even my "go to" items are consistent. There are no bad or "off" days here. Huge shout out to Jennifer, Fernando, Giovanni. If you're ever there when they are working, you are in great hands!!! I highly recommend this place. Especially if you're tired of Chipotle, hate the fact that McDonalds has lost their minds with their prices, and you're out of options for reasonable restaurants. This place is the right "mix" of sit-down restaurant and less-expensive (but GOOD) food. Great date spot. Great "hang with friends" spot. Great "I need to take a lunch break" (or) "grab dinner" spot. My only gripe with this location is that there is no outside patio seating... BUT everything (including Jennifer, Fernando, Giovanni) far outweigh the patio issue. Five stars! Check this place out!!!

Piada is one of the cleanest and tastiest "fast food" restaurants I've ever been to! The staff are friendly and quick so even if there's a line the wait isn't long. I typically go for spaghetti with meatballs but I've tried their other pastas and they're all delicious!! It's a tad expensive but you get $5 off in the app every 3 visits so it's worth it imo.
Tried Piada for the first time a month ago when I met someone there for a meeting. I got the carbonara with crispy chicken. It was pretty decent but it didn't wow me. However, I ended up back at Piada like two weeks later and someone told me to try the carbonara with hot fried chicken so I did, and I got the blackberry hibiscus lemonade. The carbonara with the spicy fried chicken was amazinggg. I literally got hooked after trying it that way. Since then Piada is now basically a weekly meal. I've tried the basil pesto with grilled chicken and it was also delicious. I like the garlic dough they have as a side and the blackberry hibiscus lemonade is always delicious and perfectly tart/sweet. I can't wait to try all the menu items to see if anything will top my favorite combo from there so far! But there are so many options and I think the portion sizes are good. The staff is always friendly as well. I've yet to have bad service at Piada.
